The project required a full visual library for launch: hero food photography, bar and beverage imagery, interior and atmosphere shots, and portrait work with the chef , everything a new restaurant needs to drive press coverage, social media presence, and reservation demand.

Opening a restaurant is one of the most demanding moments in a chef's career. Tom's approach to restaurant launch photography, including the interior and atmosphere work that anchors a new space, is built around creating a complete, flexible visual library in a single production day: hero dishes for the menu, atmosphere shots for editorial use, and intimate detail images that communicate the personality of the space.
